Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was lovely, with an amazing view overlooking the sea. There was a table and chairs outside where I could sit and enjoy the view, with some nice shaded areas to relax. The service was exceptional, with very friendly staff who helped me organize tours and even arranged a packed breakfast for me. The location was fantastic, right over the water with easy access to the beach and a stunning view of the volcano. The dining experience was great overall, although I wished there were more fruit options at breakfast. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was breathtaking, with rooms overlooking the sea and quiet courtyards, but the rooms seemed a bit dirty. The service was excellent, particularly at reception when I had a booking issue, but the staff was slightly pushy. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options, but it was disappointing to see it almost over by the time I arrived a bit late. Overall, the hotel offers a great value for the money with some room for improvement.
The hotel was close enough to walk back after the hike, had veranda space but was a bit noisy due to being under the restaurant and was cold at times. Rooms: 6/10.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms definitely need some refurbishment, but the access to the beach and amazing view of the volcano made my time there truly special. The transfer from the port and the additional cost for internet were small inconveniences, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.
